• Furniture and Decor: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days. Many of the furniture pieces are hand-crafted from natural materials, and natural variations are not considered defects.
• Rugs: Returns are accepted within 3 days. Variations in rug weaving, fiber size and color, and overall rug size are not considered a manufacturing defect.
• InBed Department: Returns are accepted within 7 days for bedding purchases that are not special orders and are unopened. Items must be returned in new condition and accessory/décor pieces must be sent back in the original packaging.
• Made to Order: These items are made to your specifications and submitted for production at the time of your order. A 50% deposit is required at the time of purchase and will not be refunded if you wish to cancel, return, or exchange for reasons other than manufacturer defect or transit damage.
• Clearance Items (Final Sale), Drop Ship Artwork, Lighting: These items cannot be returned or cancelled. If any of these items are refused or returned after delivery, a 50% restocking fee will be applied.

• Manutailer Shipping: All Manutailer products are subject to different shipping rates based on the company. Promo Shipping rates do not apply to Manutailers such as; Sonder Living, Timothy Olton, Interlude Home and Organic Modernism.
