This offer is subject to certain conditions. The product must not be a closeout, discontinued, damaged, open-box, flash sale, or clearance item. It must be in stock and available for immediate shipment from the competitor at the time of the price match request. The advertised price must be from a California based authorized retailer. If a competitor's price is from an online marketer, shipping cost, return cost policies, must be included when comparing prices. The price difference must be notified within 3 hours of the completion of your order with HD Buttercup. HD Buttercup reserves the right to verify any ads, manufacturer, and model details prior to completing the price match. All prices listed on the site and in stores are in USD. Prices for items and delivery are subject to change without notice. Prices for items are fixed once your order has been confirmed. Subsequent price changes for items or delivery will not be retroactively applied to confirmed or past orders. Pick-up is free of charge from the Commerce City warehouse or the Culver City store. At HDButtercup.com, the return policy is as follows:
- Furniture and Decor: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days. Many of the furniture pieces are hand-crafted from natural materials, and natural variations are not considered defects.
- Rugs: Returns are accepted within 3 days. Variations in rug weaving, fiber size and color, and overall rug size are not considered a manufacturing defect.
- InBed Department: Returns are accepted within 7 days for bedding purchases that are not special orders and are unopened. Items must be returned in new condition and accessory/décor pieces must be sent back in the original packaging.
- Made to Order: These items are made to your specifications and submitted for production at the time of your order. A 50% deposit is required at the time of purchase and will not be refunded if you wish to cancel, return, or exchange for reasons other than manufacturer defect or transit damage.
- Clearance Items (Final Sale), Drop Ship Artwork, Lighting: These items cannot be returned or cancelled. If any of these items are refused or returned after delivery, a 50% restocking fee will be applied.
The shipping policy is as follows:
- All items on the website are currently in stock and will typically be shipped from the warehouse within 2 weeks after your payment clears.
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the full price of the item. Accessories may be shipped through FedEx with a $25 shipping and handling fee.
- Self-pickup from the Commerce City Warehouse is free of charge.
- Standard Delivery on small items and accessories possible by Fedex/USPS or similar: $25
- Oversized Items to Local Delivery Zones in LA and Orange County: $199
- White Glove Delivery (unpacked and assembled inside) Oversized delivery to the rest of the mainland United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) can be calculated according to the table on the website.
- Manutailer Shipping: All Manutailer products are subject to different shipping rates based on the company. Promo Shipping rates do not apply to Manutailers such as; Sonder Living, Timothy Olton, Interlude Home and Organic Modernism.
